By accessing or using this website (the "Site") or registering for 56th MP PEDICON 2025, you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for adult professionals. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Account, Registration and Payments

  • When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Fees, if any, will be displayed during registration. Payments are processed by trusted third-party gateways.
  • Refunds and cancellations, if applicable, will follow the conference’s published policy.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes related to conference information and registration.
  • Do not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
  • Do not attempt to breach security, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt Site operations.
  • Do not upload financial card data to the Site; registration payments are administered via Bank Transfer/UPI with receipt uploads only.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and media, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

User Content

If you submit content (for example, queries or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Site and conference services.
